Shipping Policies


1). The consumer understands and agrees that shipping charges are non refundable for orders. The consumer agrees and understands that they must pay for additional freight carrier insurance on all items over $100. The consumer understands and agrees to pay for all shipping costs incurred for an order. The consumer understands and agrees that a freight carrier may change from time to time without prior notification.


2)  The consumer understands and agrees that the Seller is not responsible for any delays in shipments.  The consumer is notified that the seller is offering only GROUND SHIPPING TO AN AREA COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE UNITED STATES and reserves the right to exclude certain shipping services such as, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, 2ndDAY AIR SHIPPING or 3rdDAY AIR SHIPPING.  The consumer agrees and understands that the Seller is not able to ship to PO BOXES, APO or FPO addresses.


3)  The consumer is responsible to supply the correct address to Seller and is subject to all return fees and merchandise costs for any items that is shipped incorrectly due to an incorrect address.  The consumer agrees and understands that all merchandise returned to the Seller for this reason is subject to 20% restocking fee plus a repackaging charge of $5.00. The consumer agrees and understands that they are responsible for any costs associated with missing parts, components and or damages for this type of returned merchandise.


4)  The consumer has 15 days from the time receiving a damaged item to file a claim with the appropriate freight carrier.  No replacement items will be sent to the CONSUMER  without the appropriate claim filed and documentation completed.  The SELLER agrees and understands damaged freight is the sole property of the freight carrier.


5)  The consumer agrees to bear the expense of returning any defective merchandise to the seller.  The consumer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from the Seller prior to sending back the any defective merchandise.  The Seller reserves the right to repair or replace the item at their discretion.  Merchandise found to be misused will be repaired at the rate of thirty six dollars ($36) per hour and charged to the consumer. 


6)  The consumer understands that there is no warranty implied or expressed on all merchandise. Merchandise that has a warranty will have a written warranty card enclosed in the original packaging of the merchandise.  Any warranty implied, expressed other than an official warranty written and produced is a promise or warranty that the SELLER is granting to the CONSUMER and that promise needs to fulfilled by the SELLER not the VENDOR.  The consumer is aware that some items from the Seller  require set up and that misuse of the item or lack of knowledge on how to work with an item is the responsibility of the consumer.  Some items are produced as NOVELTY ITEMS and those items may have flaws in the finish and workmanship.  The consumer agrees and understands that Seller does not guarantee the durability or workmanship of these items.


 7)All items are described to the best of our ability. Pictures are for representation use only and may not be of the actual product. All items returned to the warehouse must be sent freight prepaid by the consumer. Any returned item sent for credit is subject to a 20% fee and $ 5.00 repackaging charge. The SELLER is responsible for the cost of any accessories items not returned.

            This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Illinois
